For what purpose do we process your data?

The processing of your personal data takes place only in order to answer the questions sent or in other matters in which you contact us using the contact form.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so results in the inability to receive an answer to the question asked.

On what basis do we process your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data by us is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which is the proper service of our current and potential customers, including providing answers to questions addressed to us (i.e. Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

The data will be transferred only to entities providing support services to us, including accounting, HR and IT services, where such entities process data on the basis of contracts concluded with us and only in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions. In addition to the entities mentioned above, your data may be made available only at the request of entities authorized to do so under the law.

Data storage period

Your personal data will be used by us for the period necessary to provide an answer and the nature of the correspondence.

If the basis for the processing of personal data is your consent, then your personal data is processed by us until the consent is revoked, and after the consent is revoked for a period of time corresponding to the period of limitation of claims, not longer than 10 years.

If the basis for data processing is the performance of the contract, your personal data is processed by us as long as it is necessary to perform the contract, and after that time for a period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims, not longer than 10 years.

What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your data?

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or data transfer.

You have the right to object to the processing, unless the correspondence concerns the determination, investigation or defense of claims.

The security of your data is our priority

The security of your data is our priority, however, if you decide that by processing the data we violate the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or the supervisory authority of another European Union Member State competent for your habitual residence or work or due to the place of the alleged violation of the GDPR.
